Course Overview
COL developed this course to assist educational institutions develop the skills and knowledge needed to create a plan for implementing a reliable and efficient virtual learning environment based on Moodle, which is aligned to organisational goals. It is designed to be offered with a facilitator supporting institutional teams made up of decision-making, academic and IT roles. However, individuals may find it helpful to work through the course to build their own understanding of how to implement Moodle. The course is designed to be delivered over eight weeks, with participants needing 6-7 hours per week to work through the course materials and to work offline with their teams to agree details for the organisation’s implementation plan.

  • Select and implement a hosting solution for your site
